“It is through your body that you realize you are a spark of divinity” – B.K.S. Iyengar
Make a meaningful break and feel the effects of some warm days of yoga, sunshine, sea and nourishment in many ways.
This all-inclusive retreat will allow you to deepen the understanding of your practice, to rest, to connect and it will give you tools to sustain a simple and consistent daily yoga routine at home.
Immersed in the nature of this beautiful place as a container, we will explore and experience the potency of a daily practice, how the transformative qualities of the science of yoga can be learnt, practiced and applied into your life also when you are off the mat in the midst of your daily life.
In our daily lives, our home and our circumstances is where we would like to be natural, at ease and free. Our bodies are our direct home, and our home is a reflection of our mind. With playful practices, tapping into our spontaneity and innocent nature we come closer to the “natural mind”, more free of conditioning and limiting beliefs.
Everyday we will go through an early morning practice of pranayama and asana, we will introduce a theme of the day that we will explore in relation to the practice and to the surrounding nature, there will also be energy work and healing yoga, walking and guided meditations.
The group will be small, to take care of each detail with time and dedication.
After this retreat you will feel energized, relaxed and radiant.
The yoga practices will be a blend of traditional Hatha Yoga, Healing Yoga and meditations, paying attention to the individual physical and energetical alignment, to safely build up your own practice. Blending different rivers of ancient wisdom teachings that lead the practitioner to the ocean of awareness.
Adela will lead a daily morning class, to wake up the body, breath and spirit
In the afternoons, Adela will guide you through some simple energy work, healing yoga practices and restorative yoga class sequences.
The thread of the retreat will be the connection to ourselves and the attunement to nature through the awareness of our bodies, breath and mind, this will be presented in a practical manner so that you can take these practices to heart and home with you for the rest of your life.
During the retreat, there will also be a simple approach to the yoga philosophy and we will explore how different poses can affect our physical body and state of mind.
